There is almost nothing between DeKorte Park, the river flats, and your ridge line to slow the wind down. It comes in clean and hard off the open Meadowlands and lifts the most exposed edges first, ridge caps, rake edges, and the starter course along the eaves. On the higher blocks up off Ridge Road that exposure is worse. We re-secure what lifted and match the replacements so the patch does not announce itself from the street.

A lot of Lyndhurst housing is well past the age where the flashing, the valleys, and the pipe boots quietly start letting go.
