What We Do Best
Every service below has its own page with pricing, process, and warranty spelled out in plain language.

How the Work Fits Together
Almost every job on this page starts with the same phone call. Someone sees a ceiling stain, a shingle in the yard, or a neighbor's tear-off, and wants to know what it means for their own house. The honest answer starts on the roof, so the free inspection sits at the front of every service we offer. An inspector, usually Ben, spends about an hour up there: the shingle field, every flashing line, the valleys, the pipe boots, and the attic side wherever there is access. Everything he finds gets photographed, and you keep the photos.

The verdict comes back one of three ways. Fix this now. Watch that one. Leave the rest alone. Most roofs land on repair, and the fix is usually smaller than homeowners fear: a valley that lost its granules, step flashing that pulled away from a chimney, tin flashing that finally rusted through after eighty years, a pipe boot the sun cracked. We repair the entry point we proved with photos, not the symptom that showed up on your ceiling, and the work carries a 2 year workmanship warranty.
Replacement is the answer when a repair would only be renting time on a dying roof. Shingles past their rated life, decking gone soft under old leaks, a second layer already sitting on top of the first. When that is what the photos show, we say so and price the tear-off in writing before anything is scheduled. Full replacements carry 50-year material backing on top of our own workmanship coverage, and bigger projects qualify for 0% financing.
The rest of the roof lineup is really about timing. Emergency roof repair is for water coming in right now: we stabilize first, tarp what needs tarping, and schedule the permanent fix once the house is dry. Roof leak repair is the slow version of the same problem, the drip that shows up twice a winter and disappears long enough to get forgotten. Flat roof repair covers additions, porch roofs, and the storefront sections along the main commercial strips, where ponding water finds every seam and every cracked patch. Storm damage roof repair adds the paperwork: damage photographed before anything is touched, every image dated and labeled, the storm event noted so an insurance claim ties to a specific day.

Chimneys and Masonry, Same Crew
A surprising share of the roof leaks we chase end at the chimney. Water follows brick joints and flashing gaps just as happily as it follows shingles, which is why the chimney services live on this page next to the roofing. Chimney flashing and waterproofing is where most of those leaks start, and it is also where the cheapest fix lives, because sealing the joint between brick and roof costs a fraction of what the water damage will. Chimney repair covers repointing soft mortar joints and rebuilding crowns before water gets into the stack itself. A full chimney rebuild is for masonry past the point where repointing will hold, taken down to sound brick and built back up straight.

The same masons work on the ground. Brick and stone masonry, steps and walkways that stay level through Jersey freeze-thaw winters, and paver patios set on a compacted base. The chimney crew and the patio crew are the same people, working under the same license, and the base prep gets the same attention either way, because in this climate the prep is the job.

The Rest of the Shell
Siding installation and siding repair handle the walls, which take the same weather the roof does and show their damage more publicly. Window replacement and door installation close out the openings, sized and sealed so winter drafts stop at the frame instead of in the living room. Doing the whole shell with one crew has a practical payoff at the seams: the flashing where a roof meets a wall and the trim where siding meets a window get detailed by people who see both sides of the joint. That is where houses leak, and it is where jobs split between two contractors go wrong.

One License, One Warranty Standard
Every service above runs under NJ HIC #13VH11720500 with our own crew, fully insured, never subbed out to whoever answered the phone that week. We install GAF and Owens Corning roofing systems, and we wrote out exactly what your warranty coverage means, in plain language, on our GAF certification and roof warranty guide. Repairs carry 2 years on workmanship. Replacements add 50-year material backing. Seniors and military save $500 on every job.
The proof sits with the customers. We hold a 5.0 rating on Google, and the ones Clifton homeowners left us, names and job details included, are collected on our Clifton reviews page.

Questions We Get Asked
Where should we start if we are not sure what the roof needs?
An inspection. The honest sequence is inspection, then repair or replacement based on what the inspection finds, rather than deciding before anyone has been on the roof.
Do you handle more than roofing?
Roofing is the core, and alongside it we do chimney work, siding, windows and doors, masonry, and flat roofs. The shell of the house tends to fail together, so it is often the same visit.
Do you cover emergencies?
Emergency and leak work is a separate track from planned replacement, because the timing is different. Storm and leak calls get triaged on urgency.
Which towns do you serve?
Thirty-two North Jersey towns from our Clifton base, listed on the service areas page with a dedicated page for each town and service.
What backs the work?
Two years on workmanship, up to fifty on manufacturer materials, New Jersey HIC #13VH11720500, and a 5.0 Google rating.
How a Job Actually Runs
You reach out
Call (862) 318-3997 or send the form. We do not need the whole story up front, just the address and what you are seeing.
Free inspection
We come out and look at the roof. The inspection is free and there is no obligation either way.
We photograph what we find
A photo of a cracked boot or a rusted valley settles the question faster than a paragraph, so you see the roof rather than hear about it.
Written itemized estimate
The material tier and the decking allowance are broken out as their own numbers, so you can change any of them before you sign.
The work
We tear off rather than lay over on almost every house, because a layover means nobody ever looks at the deck. Bad boards get replaced as we find them and photographed one at a time.
After the job
Decking is billed against the allowance written into the contract before anyone climbed a ladder, and the work carries a 2-year workmanship warranty with a 50-year manufacturer warranty on the material.
