Mostly full tear-offs on pitched residential roofs across thirty-two North Jersey towns, plus flat and low-slope work, chimney flashing, siding and masonry. The housing stock ranges from postwar capes and ranches through steep cut-up Victorians and Tudors, so the pitch and the framing change from street to street.
What We Look For
Someone who works clean and safe on a steep roof, who can tell good decking from bad and will say so out loud, and who does not mind that we photograph the deck as it opens. A lot of how we run jobs comes down to documenting what we find, so people who are comfortable being specific do well here.
What It Is Not
It is not a travelling storm-chasing crew and it is not door-to-door sales. The work comes from repeat customers and neighbors of past jobs within about a half-hour of Clifton.
