Spring and fall book out fastest. Summer heat softens shingles, which makes some repairs cleaner. Winter repairs are real and we do them, though some sealants need minimum temperatures, so a January fix sometimes gets a February finish pass. This past winter snow froze on Bev's roof and water backed up into the house, we were out the next day in the freezing cold, then came back after the thaw to replace her gutters.
