How a Job Actually Runs
You reach out
Call Four Seasons Roofing and Construction at (862) 318-3997 or send the form. We only need the address and what you are seeing.
Free inspection
Four Seasons comes out to look at the roof, and the inspection is free with no obligation to hire us.
We photograph what we find
You see photos of the problem, such as a cracked boot or a rusted valley.
Written itemized estimate
The material tier and the decking allowance are broken out as their own numbers, so you can change any of them before you sign.
The work
We install GAF and Owens Corning roofing systems. Bad boards get replaced as we find them and photographed one at a time.
After the job
Decking is billed against the allowance written into the contract. Our roof repairs carry a 2-year warranty, and roof replacements carry a 50-year warranty. Ask to review the written coverage.

“Hired Four Season to fix my roof 1 year ago, and haven’t had a problem since. The owner Bes is amazing and really explained the job clearly and thoroughly. Very professional and very CLEAN! There was not a single nail left by the time they were done! I will be hiring them again for sure.”
“I recently had my roof redone, and this company did an absolutely fantastic job. During the tear-off, they discovered that the foundation of my roof was damaged and needed to be fully replaced, not just the shingles. The contractor immediately brought it to my attention, ordered the necessary materials on the spot, and incredibly, still managed to finish the entire job—new decking and shingles—in just one day.…”
“Absolutely fantastic job by Ben and company professional on time and a pleasure to work with and everything looks great!! Thank you Four Seasons I will be recommending you to all my friends and neighbors. 10 out of 10 experience”

Where We Work From
The base is on Speer Avenue in the Athenia section of Clifton.
How We Work
Three things shape nearly every Four Seasons job: we inspect before we quote, we itemize the estimate, and we photograph the deck as we open it. Inspecting first means nobody prices a roof from the driveway, and itemizing puts the material tier and the decking allowance on their own lines so you can change them.
The deck photos document the boards we replace, and we work this way to avoid phone quotes, lump-sum contracts and surprises on the last day.
What We Are Not
We install GAF and Owens Corning products and are not currently enrolled in either manufacturer's contractor certification program. Our New Jersey registration is available for verification. We offer a 50-year warranty on roof replacement and a 2-year warranty on roof repair, and you can ask for the written coverage for your project.
The Work Itself
Roofing is most of our work in North Jersey: repair, replacement, inspection, leaks, emergencies, flat roofs and storm damage. Around that we do chimney work and siding, since these parts of a house tend to wear out around the same time and are often handled in one visit. See how we plan roofing services and exterior work.
