A shingle roof drains by slope, while a flat roof depends on its seams, flashing and drains, so low-slope work done by shingle-only roofers tends to come back early. The Membranes We Work With

TPO is the white, reflective stuff you see more on newer commercial work along Route 3 and out by Allwood. It has to be heat-welded, never glued.

What Actually Wears Out Flat Roofs in This City

Ponding is the slowest cause of flat roof damage.
