What Wears Out First on a Woodland Park Flat Roof

When the Low-Slope Roof Starts Telling On Itself

The first sign is water still sitting up there two days after the rain stopped. Ponding. A dead-flat membrane is supposed to drain, slowly, and when it does not the standing water works on the seams day and night. And where a newer addition or a small commercial building runs TPO, the white welded sheet, the repair has to be welded, not glued, or it comes right back.
